Praseodymium(III) bromide is a binary inorganic compound, a metal salt of praseodymium and hydrogen bromide with the formula PrBr3, green crystals, slightly soluble in water, forms crystal hydrates.

Praseodymium(III) bromide forms green hygroscopic hexagonal crystals, space group P 63/m, cell parameters a = 0.792 nm, c = 0.438 nm, Z = 2, structure such as uranium trichloride UCl3.

At a temperature of 661°C, a phase transition takes place in the compound.
